Non-Custodial Software Terms of Service
EFFECTIVE DATE: OCTOBER 2026 // VERSION 3.1
1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the EMI platform, website, API endpoints, or algorithmic Symphony Studio software (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.
2. Nature of the Software (Non-Custodial)
EMI is exclusively a self-directed software analytics utility and quantitative modeling platform. EMI does not execute trades on behalf of third-party clients, does not pool or manage investor capital, does not hold private cryptographic keys, and does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.
Any integration with third-party exchanges (such as Binance) is performed strictly client-side via read-only or user-configured API credentials stored securely on the user's own private infrastructure.
3. Intellectual Property & License
The software, compilation algorithms, AST AST-parser grammar, and user interface designs are the exclusive intellectual property of EMI. You are granted a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Public Atlas and Symphony Studio for research and self-directed configuration.
4. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL EMI OR ITS CONTRIBUTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF TRADING CAPITAL, API DISCONNECTIONS, OR MARKET SLIPPAGE.
